CIH Adult Group Coaching

Elevate Tennis Coaching have a session for everyone. From complete beginner, social tennis, cardio fitness to advanced players who compete regularly, we have a session that will meet your needs.


If you have never played tennis before, or haven’t played in a long time, then Tennis Xpress is for you. It is an easy and fun way for adult beginners to get into the game. During the six week course you will be taught new skills and be shown how to serve, rally and score, so that by the end, you will be able to enjoy fun matches with your friends, family or other people you meet.

Sessions are run on a Monday evening from 7.30-8.30pm.


Being unavailable never felt so good. Tuesdays are all yours. Take your game forward with Tennis Tuesdays. Each week’s session focuses on a different area of the game to improve your ability with a mixture of skills training from professional coaches and match play with other women at your level. We provide the courts and rackets – you get the fun and can be as competitive as you want, without feeling under pressure. So clear your calendar and join our session.

A drills session for those wishing to improve their matchplay skills with particular focus on doubles play. Tactical & technical elements of your game will be challenged. These sessions are run weekly on a monthly block basis though you can opt to pick the weeks you wish& pay as you play.

Sessions are run on a Friday from 10.00-11.30am.


Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity on a tennis court featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. These sessions are run weekly on a monthly block basis though you can opt to pick the weeks you wish & pay as you play.

Run every Saturday from 9.45-10.45am.
